Compass House Limited winding up

​Take notice that JTC (Jersey) Limited intends to apply pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (1991 Law) to the Royal Court of Jersey at 2.30pm on 13 June 2025 for an order to wind up Compass House Limited (Company), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of and domiciled in Jersey with company number 114505, and to appoint Andrew Wood and Alexander Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF as joint liquidators to conduct the winding up of the Company’s affairs.
